Mr Masilo works with friends of diversity as a reactor. He holds a monitoring and evaluation qualification and System Administrator and IT
Infrastructure Technical Support Fundamentals.He is an advocate at Friends of Diversity working as

Nature, a 32-year-old Community Reactor at Friends of Diversity in

Lobatse, Botswana, focuses on education and empowerment to

drive social change. With a background in community engagement,

Nature collaborates with local leaders to foster inclusive spaces

that respect and protect marginalized communities. His work

emphasizes building alliances and raising awareness on critical

social issues, reflecting his dedication to positive change and unity.

Prada, a 30-year-old Community Reactor at Friends of Diversity in

Jwaneng, Botswana, is dedicated to amplifying voices within the

LGBTQ community. Known for his passion for social change, Prada

leads outreach initiatives that connect and educate local

communities on issues of equity and inclusivity. Through his work,

Prada builds bridges across diverse groups, creating pathways

toward acceptance and understanding for marginalized

communities.

Kagisho Ramokwakwa, a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Friends of Diversity, is dedicated to enhancing project effectiveness and impact through meticulous analysis and strategic insights. With a solid foundation in Project Management, Ramokwakwa has cultivated a robust skill set that allows for comprehensive and systematically evaluating complex projects. Ramokwakwa leverages academic background to integrate best practices into his work, ensuring that evaluations measure success and identify areas for improvement. He believes that monitoring and evaluation is not just about accountability; it is a powerful tool for learning and growth. Ramokwakwa is passionate about sharing knowledge and insights gained from evaluations with colleagues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. He actively seeks opportunities for personal and professional development, participating in workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest trends in monitoring and evaluation.

Mr Mophuting is the Programs and Communications Officer of Friends of Diversity and holds a Bachelor of Media Studies degree from the University of Botswana. He Organization. Some of the duties with Friends of Diversity in the communications field is to write promotional material and press releases, producing brochures, leaflets as a way of marketing the organization and organizing press briefings and news conferences. As for Program field, he is responsible for project designs, building and maintaining partnerships with other organizations. Mr Mophuting has shown his dedication as a volunteer for Friends of Diversity Organization to ensure that the rights of LGBTI+ in Botswana are not violated through advocacy. Mr Mophuting also known as ‘’Eric Mops’’ as he likes to call himself, boasts about confidence and that is shown in the kind of music he makes.

Mr Sepora is the Executive Director for Friends of Diversity and holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from University of Botswana. Oabona is also a Master’s Degree graduate in Human Rights and Democratization in Africa which he got from University of Pretoria in 2019. In addition, he is an alumini for Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) and has over 8 years’ experience in the human rights movement in Botswana and internationally, particularly standing for the rights of LGBTI+ persons rights. Mr Sepora has worked with various NGO(s) is Botswana being LEGABIBO, Ditshwanelo-The Botswana Centre for Human Rights, SRHR Africa Trust, Young African Leadership and Development in Africa (YALDA), among others.
